mmm Mango Sticky Rice

One of my favourite Thai desserts is mango sticky rice or khao niao mamuang (ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง) a sweet glutinous rice topped with coconut  cream and rice crisps served with ripe yellow mango.  It's absolutely delicious.  I had some today at the Chatuchak  Weekend Market for only 45baht (about $1.50 USD). 

Yellow mangoes are used to make "Mango Sticky Rice"
